Recent Freelance Projects
Over the years, I’ve partnered with a range of clients — from small businesses to larger corporations — to bring their ideas to life through thoughtful, strategic design. My freelance work spans brand identity, digital marketing, social media content, and print collateral. Each project reflects a collaborative process rooted in storytelling, with a strong focus on visual consistency, audience engagement, and adaptable design systems. Whether it’s launching a new brand or refreshing an existing one, I aim to create work that’s both visually impactful and purpose-driven.
Seán Cleary Performance Brand Design
Role: Art Director + Designer
Year: 2025
Challenge: Create a logo and full brand identity for local PGA professional golfer and teaching coach, Seán Cleary.
Seán came to me with a vision of creating a personal brand that could be incorporated across a variety of marketing materials such as business cards or apparel. The logo encompasses a sporty edge, while still maintaining a level of simplicity and professionalism. The diamond-shaped motif encapsulates his initials "S" and "C" as well as gives a nod to celtic culture, as Seán is an Ireland native. Below is the mood board I created to get started on this branding process.

Solution: For this project, I developed a bold and refined brand identity for Seán looking to elevate his personal presence in the sport — both on and off the course. The visual identity is grounded in strong typography, clean lines, and a modern, minimal color palette of deep greens, blues, and bold accents — nodding to both the tradition of the sport and its contemporary evolution. The end result is a cohesive, masculine, and athletic brand that reflects the precision, discipline, and personal style of the golfer it represents.

Paulina Otero
Paulina Otero is a local Kansas City jewelry artist who was looking for some graphics based on her current branding.

Mystery Box Sale social graphics
Role: Designer
Challenge: Create graphics for Paulina's annual mystery box sale while incorporating her brand's look and feel.
Below is a compilation of the inspiration board Paulina sent me before I got started on the design.

Solution: Below are the final graphics I designed based on multiple rounds of feedback and incorporating key elements from Paulina's inspiration. She wanted it to be vibrant, fun (which embodies her lively brand), incorporate some mystery elements (such as a question mark motif), incorporate imagery of her products, and a standout of the price point for each mystery box.

5-Year Anniversary Invitation
Role: Designer + Illustrator
Challenge: Create a custom exclusive invitation for Paulina's 5-year anniversary party.
Below is a inspiration graphic from of the inspiration board Paulina sent me before I got started on the design and my initial hand-drawn sketch.

Solution: Below are the final invitation graphics I designed based on multiple rounds of feedback and incorporating key elements from Paulina's inspiration. She loved the hand-drawn whimsical feel of the inspiration invitation, so we made sure to incorporate more of an illustrated look and feel while still incorporating her brand.
