Polsinelli
At Polsinelli, I worked as part of an in-house creative team to bring the firm's brand to life across a variety of touchpoints — from long-form newsletters and social media content to event branding and digital advertisements.. The role required adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of how to visually communicate complex, professional subject matter in a clear and compelling way.
Year: 2024-2025
Client: Polsinelli
Client Industry: Law
Services: print/digital design, social media design, layout design
Role: Designer: Randah O'Doherty | Brand Manager: Devon Hosford | Proofing/Design Team: Colette Ferrara,
Alexis Banegas, Gabby DeFonso | Project Coordinator: Hannah Schell
Challenge: As a contract designer at Polsinelli, a national law firm, I created a wide range of branded materials — including newsletters, social media graphics, digital and print ads, podcast branding, and event collateral. One of the core challenges was designing within the visual and regulatory boundaries of a conservative industry, while still finding ways to keep the work engaging, strategic, and visually polished. I regularly collaborated with cross-functional teams — including marketing and communications, as well as a tight-knit team of in-house designers to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment across all channels.

I worked alongside and under the direction of Senior Designer, Alexis Banegas,
on this project. Alexis created this look and feel for the Healthcare Dealmakers Conference and I assisted her in taking her look and feel and applying it across event materials such as foam boards, table tents and lanyard agendas.

Challenge: Create an external-facing podcast hosted by Harry Sporidis, Ryan Thurber, Will Vail, and Matt Murer. Episodes will consist of short, 15 minute, timely episodes focused on Executive Orders and Public Policy. The primary goal is to capture audience attention and convert them into Polsinelli Clients as well as establish Polsinelli as a thought leader in navigating executive orders and public policy. Below is the initial moodboard inspiration provided by the Brand Manager, Devon Hosford. My goal was to create multiple cover design concepts incorporating th e Polsinelli brand as well as social graphics and an email header design.

Solution: Below are the multiple concepts I created incorporating the Pollsinelli look and feel and some of the elements and layout choices provided in the moodboard. Ultimately, the far right graphic got chosen as the cover for the podcast.

Internal Concept Development Miro Board
Role: Designers: Randah O'Doherty and Alexis Banegas | Art Direction: Devon Hosford
Year: 2025
Challenge: We needed an internal guide to concept development that we could refer to as a team.
Solution: For this internal concepting project, Alexis and I developed a fun, nostalgic visual direction inspired by Lisa Frank and the aesthetics of our childhood academic experiences. We made time to regularly meet, align on creative direction, and divide responsibilities efficiently. As the creative lead, I helped define the overall vision, delegate tasks, and ensure consistency across the visual system. Alexis contributed beautifully to the project by creating a range of custom illustrations that brought our concept to life.
We worked seamlessly together from sketch to digital completion, with everything carefully organized and placed into a Miro board. The board served as both a visual playground and a structured team guide — helping align our internal team on tone, style, and concept direction for future development. We also incorporated specific novelty pieces from each team members' desk to add an extra touch to the "Barbie Dream Desk."
Our sketches and initial planning during our check-ins to figure out development and layout.
