Challenge: The biggest challenge in creating social media content for Babes Helpin’ Babes was striking the right balance between approachability and authority. As a DEI consultancy, the brand needed to communicate complex, often sensitive topics with clarity, respect, and care, while still maintaining a tone that felt inclusive, empowering, and conversational. Designing for this space required a deep understanding of the subject matter, a collaborative approach to language and visuals, and a constant focus on accessibility. Every post had to educate without overwhelming, inspire without oversimplifying, and remain visually engaging without distracting from the message.
